How do I change My Account Details?

Can my order be gift wrapped with gift message?

Yes, if you like the purchased item to be gift wrapped then notify on the checkout page with your message on it.

How Will I know if Mysore Saree Udyog has received my order?

You will receive an order acknowledgement mail from us within 24 hours from the time of order authorization. In case you have not received the order please contact our customer care team at customerservice@mysoresareeudyog.com

Can my order be cancelled?

Is Mysore Saree Udyog a secure website for shopping?

Yes, At the Mysore Saree Udyog website, we have taken due care to ensure your transaction and details are secure, encrypted and adequately protected, also the payment gateway have high secure security process.

If a product goes out of stock will you notify me when it comes back in stock?

Since each product of ours is unique it would be difficult for us to replicate them with same colour and design. But if we can replicate the same design we will intimate you on this.

When will I receive my order?

As soon as your order is confirmed you will receive an order no. as per the shipping zone the shipping address comes under. For more details on this view the shipping structure chart to locate the zone & time taken for delivery.

Which are the cities does Mysore Udyog Saree deliver their products?

We currently deliver all the major cities across the globe, if in case shipping pin code is not mentioned in any of our zone cart please contact our customer service representative and we will make arrangement for the product to be delivered at your door step or nearest pick point.

How do I ship to another country?

Click on the country you wish to ship the product to, this option is available in the product detail page. But note you will lose the content in your shopping bag if you change country. The purchase will be charged according to the country chosen to ship.

How do I track my order?

Login to your Mysore Saree Udyog account, on the extreme left you will find ‘Track My Order’ click on it. Type your order number and you will get the complete detail of you order and other order history.

Can an order be sent as gift?

Yes, products can be ordered as gift. But remember to follow the gifting option procedure :

  •    1.  Select the city or town where you wish to send the product to with the complete address with name & contact number.
  •    2.  Remember to check the box ‘Gift this product’ during checkout, so the invoice & price are removed during shipping.
  •    3.  Please enter the gift message that will be included with the package.
  •    4.  All gift order will be packed in Mysore Saree Udyog gift wrapper & Ribbon.

 

How will I know if all what I have purchased is available & will be shipped?

If the product selected gets sold out, Mysore Saree Udyog Pvt Ltd will intimate the customer by mail on the products available & ready for shipping with the details product cancelled due to non availability. The customer will be billed only for the products which are ready for shipping

Do you do multiple shipping in one transaction?

We do multiple shipping in single; in case you like 2 or more products and want to ship it in multiple locations, on the checkout page you will find option for sending the product to a different address, choose the shipping address with complete detail.

How is the shipping price calculated?

Shipping is free across India, but in case of change you will be notified during check out and in the shipping policy. Shipping across the world we use DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), Mysore Saree Udyog will pay the relevant taxes& customs duty from customer’s behalf. Should there be any difference in the charges/ taxes duties collected the balance will have to be borne by the customer. If there are extra charges at the time of delivery the receiver will have to pay those charges and Mysore Saree Udyog Pvt Ltd will not refund that amount.

If the shipping destination selected falls under the DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) Product price are exclusive of all import taxes & duties which the receiver will be responsible to pay.

Mysore Saree Udyog has no control over these charges. Please contact your local customs officer for charges charges details before placing the order.

Import duties & sales taxes are non refundable through Mysore Saree Udyog for destination that come under the DDU category, but you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs officer.

RETURNS

How Can I return product purchased at Mysore Saree Udyog?

Every product at Mysore Saree Udyog is checked thoroughly, there would be very less chance you will receive a defective product. Even then if you receive a defective product please follow the returns procedure. Returns would be accepted within 10 days from the date of product received for customers with in India and 30 day for international customers.

Even then if you receive a defective product, write a mail with details of order number product ordered to our customer service or call customer service within 24 hours of the product delivered please follow the returns procedure. Returns would be accepted within 10 days from the date of product received for customers with in India and 30 day for international customers.

  •    1.  The price tag should be intact.
  •    2.  Fold in the same way received.
  •    3.  Soiled, found used or another reason the product will be returned to customer. Customer will have to pay the courier charges.
  •    4.  Products like blouses, petticoat & tailored blouses will not be exchanged.

 

Product comes with a return form & return bag; please mention proper reason for return put the invoice inside the pouch outside the bag seal it by peeling of the tape.

Product received in damage condition we advice not to accept the product.

If customer sends the products in damaged condition the product value will not be refunded.

Mysore Saree Udyog will not refund the onward and return courier charges.

In case the product is defective and can be repaired, MSU will check if it can be repaired if not an EGV* will be sent to the customer

Can I Return the Product Sent As gift?

A product received as gift, once received write a mail or call customer care executive with all details of the product within 24 hours, after that would be in 10 days for customers with in India and 30 days for international customer. Please follow the return condition procedure. But note the product which you choose to exchange with the product received should be of the same value before the shipping cost is added.

What If I want to Exchange a Product Which I don’t like?

Sorry, products which are defective can only be exchanged.

Every product of Mysore Saree Udyog is photo shot by professional, who make it very easy for the customer to view every detail of the product with our zoom in option. This makes it easy for the customer to view the colour and design details of product. It is easy for customer to make their choice and avoid regular exchange.

When will I get my refund money?

The refund will happen in 30 working days. There will be some amount that will be deducted at the time of refund. Please check the refund policy for the deduction charges.

How do I unsubscribe form newsletter and other promotional offers?

From Mysore Saree Udyog website login, go to my accounts page, you find account setting click on that you will find an option unsubscribe form newsletters & offers. After which there will not be any newsletter sent or promotional offer sent.

No, Price Challenge is not applicable for Auction Bids.

PAYMENT

How do I do payment for something I shop in India & Ship Abroad?

Since we do free shipping across India, shipping to other country from India option is not available. We advice customer to choose the location of shipping and check the shipping zone chart for the shipping rates and other taxes & duties of that country

Can I have Cash on delivery option?

No right now we do not have the option of Cash On Delivery.

How Secure is the website if I have to make a Purchase by Credit card or debit card?

We accept all master & visa both India &International. Every card has a 16 digit no. and a 3 digit CVV no. Mysore Saree Udyog & our payment gateway partners are certified with SSL licence to protect your card information.

Can I call order through the phone?

Yes, In case your order doesn’t get through from the payment gateway you can always call our customer service to place your order.

Can I pay by DD or Cheque?

Yes, you can pay by DD or cheque in favour of “Mysore Saree Udyog Pvt Ltd” and mail it to the below given address in Bangalore
